How to place an order on the Kheoos store?
The process is simple: browse the catalog, add items to the cart, then confirm the order in just a few clicks. Creating a business account enables additional features such as order history, quotes, different user permissions within the account, and managing multiple delivery addresses.
What is the Bulk Order Form and when should I use it?
The Bulk Order Form allows you to quickly add multiple references to your cart at once, without having to browse through individual product pages. Simply enter the SKUs and quantities you need directly into the form, then add them to your cart in one click.
This is the ideal tool when you already know the exact references of the parts you need and want to save time on one-off or recurring orders. It is particularly suited to buyers working from a pre-established list of requirements, such as a work order or an internal purchase request.
What is the Purchase List and how is it different from the Bulk Order Form?
The Purchase List is a saving and organization feature. It allows you to create lists of products you regularly browse, purchase, or monitor, and to save them for future use.
Unlike the Bulk Order Form, which is designed for quick, immediate entry, the Purchase List is built for long-term management. You can organize your parts by category, project, or industrial site, and convert all or part of the list into an order whenever you need to.
In short: the Bulk Order Form is for ordering fast, the Purchase List is for organizing and planning your purchases over time.
How does CSV ordering work and when is it the right option?
CSV ordering allows you to import a spreadsheet file (.csv) containing your product references and quantities directly on kheoosmarket, generating a bulk order without any manual re-entry.
For the import to work correctly, your file must follow this format: the first column must contain the SKU (product reference) and the second column the desired quantity. Any additional columns that may be present in your file will be ignored during processing.
This method is recommended if you manage your spare parts needs through an ERP, a CMMS, or an internal Excel file. Rather than manually re-entering each reference, export your list from your system, make sure the first two columns match the SKU and quantity, then import it in a single operation.
This is the most suitable solution for buyers handling large volumes or whose orders are automatically generated by their maintenance management tools.
Can I order without creating an account?
Yes, it is possible to order without creating an account. However, creating an account provides access to professional pricing, personalized order tracking, and access to your purchase history.
Is there a minimum order amount?
There is no minimum order amount on the site.
Are custom quotes available for large quantities?
Yes. A quote request can be submitted directly on the website. If a required part is not listed for sale on the platform, contact marketplace@kheoos.com or use the contact form. The sourcing process will be reviewed in order to offer the best possible pricing conditions.
Pricing & Payment
Are the displayed prices including or excluding tax?
All prices displayed on kheoosmarket are in euros excluding VAT. Any applicable VAT will be added at checkout based on location and status.
Can I request a quote before ordering?
Yes, a quote can be generated directly from the cart prior to confirming an order, or by contacting marketplace@kheoos.com for a specific request.
What payment methods are accepted?
The following are accepted:
- Bank card (secure payment)

- Apple Pay
- Bank transfer (for customer accounts with payment terms)
Can payment be made by bank transfer or is it possible to have a customer account?
Yes, regular business customers may be offered 30 or 45 day payment terms by bank transfer. To open a customer account with specific payment terms, contact marketplace@kheoos.com.
Is payment in installments available?
Payment in installments is not currently available on kheoosmarket.
Can an invoice with deductible VAT be provided?
Yes, all invoices are compliant with French and European regulations, with deductible VAT for eligible professionals. Invoices are available in the customer area or on request at invoice@kheoos.com
When is payment collected after an order is placed?
Bank card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Paypal: debited immediately at order confirmation
Bank transfer: according to negotiated payment terms, typically 30 days (reserved for professionals)
Are company purchase orders accepted?
Yes, company purchase orders are accepted. Send them to marketplace@kheoos.com
Delivery
What are the delivery times?
Lead times depend on the seller and delivery location:
Order preparation: 1–2 business days
Delivery time: shown at the time of purchase based on your delivery address
Allow 24–48h for mainland France

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination. They are displayed before order confirmation.
From what amount is delivery free?
Delivery is free in certain countries from a minimum purchase amount. If eligible, the free shipping option will be available at checkout.
Do you deliver throughout France? In Europe? Internationally?
Mainland France: yes, all destinations

Can I choose my carrier or pickup point?
For standard orders, carriers include UPS, DHL, TNT, and Fedex. For specific requirements (preferred carrier, delivery to an industrial site), contact marketplace@kheoos.com.
How can I track my order?
Upon shipment, an email is sent with the tracking number and a link. Orders can also be tracked in the customer area.
Are products properly packaged and protected?
Yes, all sellers are major industrial companies that commit to carefully packaging parts to ensure integrity during transport. In case of damage, see the returns policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
How long do I have to return a product?
A 30-day return period applies from receipt for non-compliant items or items not matching the order. Parts must be unused and in their original packaging.
Are return shipping costs payable by the customer?
Non-compliant product or seller error: returns are free and covered by the seller. Refunds apply only to the value of the goods.
How do I return or exchange a product?

Provide the order number and reason for the return
A return label will be sent (if applicable)
Return the product in its original packaging
In which cases can a refund be issued?
A full refund is provided if:
- The received product is defective or non-compliant
- The part does not match the description
- The seller cannot fulfill the order
Refunds are processed upon kheoos receiving and checking the returned items.
Products & Catalog
Are new products added regularly?
Yes. The catalog is continuously expanded through the network of industrial partners who list surplus and idle inventory. New spare part references are added daily.
Do the photos match the actual products?
Spare parts from surplus inventory may be supplied in various conditions, such as new, refurbished, or obsolete. The item received may not correspond exactly to the image presented on the website. To avoid any confusion or mismatch, images are not shown for parts on the website. A photo or product label may be requested at marketplace@kheoos.com
How can product availability be checked?
Availability is indicated on each product page. The full client inventory is accessible, including parts not listed for sale. For specific needs, send a request to marketplace@kheoos.com and suitable industrial sellers will be contacted.
Is it possible to request additional technical information?
Yes. The messaging system on kheoosmarket may be used. For more complex requests, send an email to marketplace@kheoos.com
Selling with kheoos
What types of parts may be sold?
All types of industrial spare parts can be sold: mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, etc.
Industrial consumables (e.g. oil, hardware) and professional equipment (e.g. gloves, shoes) are not listed.
How to list maintenance spare parts on kheoos?
Join the Kheoos community and create a seller account on mykheoos.
Use mykheoos to standardize part naming with manufacturers’ brands and references.
The Kheoos team fully rebuilds product pages with photos, descriptions, and market-based pricing.
Listings go live. The seller dashboard enables real-time tracking and sales history.

Is a seller dashboard available?
Yes, a comprehensive dashboard is available with sales statistics: by category, reference, brand, shipping warehouse, CO2 equivalent saved per sale, and more.
Customer account & Data
Why create an account on Kheoos?
An account allows:

Is personal data protected?
Yes. Data is secured and GDPR compliant. Information is not shared with third parties without consent. Refer to the privacy policy for further details.
Can billing/shipping information be modified?
Yes. All information can be updated at any time from the customer area, under “My account”. For proper processing, also send an email to marketplace@kheoos.com
How to view order history?
Log in to the customer area and go to the “My orders” section. All order history, statuses, and details are available there.
Is it possible to download invoices online?
Yes. All invoices are available as PDF in the customer area, in the “My invoices” section. Invoices are automatically generated for each order.

Are actions taken to reduce the carbon footprint?
Yes. Contributing to the circular economy is a core commitment. Kheoosmarket supports a second life for surplus industrial parts and optimizes logistics flows. Localized transport is prioritized whenever feasible.
How is the carbon footprint of products/suppliers measured?
Several indicators have been developed to assess the environmental impact of each transaction. In mykheoos, CO2 savings for each part sold and diverted from destruction are available for review.
Which KPIs should be tracked on the kheoos platform?
For buyers:
- Purchase volume
- Savings generated (compared to last purchase price)
- Carbon footprint reduction
For sellers:
- Revenue generated
- Number of sales and average basket
- Conversion rate (views to sales)
- Stock value (inactive → active)
