End-to-end logistics
Kheoos works with a network of carrier partners including DHL, UPS, FedEx and others. Once a part is sold, we generate the shipping label and send it to you and the carrier. Your only task: pack the part in its original packaging using the Kheoos tape provided. The carrier collects directly from your site at the opening hours you registered once at contract signing.
Back-to-back warranty
Your commitment is limited and clearly defined: a 3-month warranty from the delivery date, either refund or exchange subject to availability. Kheoos passes this exact commitment on to the end buyer. In the event of a return, the part comes back to you in all cases, except for damage occurring during transit which is Kheoos responsibility. You are never exposed to indirect or consequential damages.

Do I need identified manufacturer references to get started?
If you have internal references without a known manufacturer match, we handle the normalisation using our database of 85 million MRO references. Additional information may be requested, such as photos of the parts for identification.
What types of spare parts do you accept?
New parts in intact original packaging, new unused parts with opened packaging, used or refurbished parts. Most in-demand categories: automation, pneumatics, electrical, industrial electronics. We do not accept consumables (seals, fluids, batteries), personal protective equipment (shoes, gloves), bespoke engineered parts, or standard hardware (bolts, nuts, bushings).
How does kheoosmarket set the sale prices for my parts?
Kheoos sets prices based on market conditions and part condition. Our goal is to maximise your payout while remaining competitive to attract buyers.
Does my stock need to be transferred to Kheoos?
Your parts remain in your warehouses until sold. No deposit, no upfront transfer. Stock only leaves when an order is placed. Ownership transfers at the point of handover to the carrier: DAP (Delivered At Place). Until that moment, the parts remain your property. Once collected by the carrier, Kheoos assumes responsibility for the goods.
Can I withdraw my stock at any time?
Yes. To withdraw your entire stock, 30 days notice is sufficient. To withdraw a single reference sold elsewhere, simply inform Kheoos. No specific notice period required.
What is the contract duration and termination terms?
The contract runs for 12 months and can be terminated at any time with 30 days notice.
What are the order preparation times and what volume can I expect?
Once an order is placed, you have 2 working days to prepare and hand the parcel to the carrier. Volume is flexible. Our best-performing vendor prepares an average of 5 orders per week, representing less than one hour of work.
How am I notified when a part is sold?
For each part sold, you receive a purchase order from Kheoos. An email is sent with every order, detailing the sale price, any promotions applied and fees deducted.
Can I track my sales in real time?
Yes. A vendor dashboard is included in the offer. You can view sold parts and your full transaction history in real time.
How does invoicing work between Kheoos and the vendor?
You invoice Kheoos. We recommend quarterly invoicing to keep administration simple, but invoicing per sale is possible if you prefer.

Yes. Your parts can be purchased by industrial buyers in over 53 countries. Kheoos manages all international exports in compliance with EU and US regulations on restricted countries.
Who manages returns and the buyer warranty?
Kheoos manages the entire buyer relationship, including returns. The warranty is back-to-back: you only guarantee what you agreed to, and you are never exposed to indirect damages.
